Snow Day

What else to do on a snow day but go sledding and play outside. Even mommy got out there with Kaylee and took a few turns on the sled. Kaylee loved it and laughed the whole way down, and the whole way up as mommy had to carry her up the hill. A good snow day. Mia, Sidney, Maddi, Kaylee, Paige, Meg, and Sam

Meg had a little show the other night for gymnastics. She did great, one small tumble off of the balance beam but otherwise flawless.

She is almost 2 so it was time to get Kaylee's haircut. She wouldn't sit by herself in the chair but once on my lap she was fine, just very unsure of what was going on.

Happy Day before Halloween

American Girl doll trip

For Meg's 9th birthday, yes, I said 9th, we took a trip to the Natick Mall to the American Girl doll store for lunch anc shopping. She thoroughly enjoyed it. It's quite interesting to see what people will do for a doll: the facial station and the hair station. We avoided those sections. She got some matching doll pj's and some Heely's sneakers for her doll. It was good time until we spent an hour trying to find the car. Anyway here are some pics.

The 1st annual Colin Classic

The first Colin Classic was a huge success thanks to Brian. He worked so hard to make this the great event that it was. Everyone had fun and is planning on coming back next year. Colin blessed us that day with great weather. I will do a bunch of posts of just pictures as there are so many. Thank you all for coming out and supporting our cause. What a great way for family and friends to come together. And what a way to end the first classic..........with a tie breaker. Enjoy the pics.

cousins visit and first day of school

We have been very busy this last week before school started. My cousins kids from Vermont came for two nights. They are 11 and 9 years old. The girls had such a good time. We went to the beach and it was their first time ever swimming in salt water. They were surprised when it tasted salty and excited when I told them they were swimming in the ocean. I will get some pictures and post them. Then Auntie Chrissy came for a visit with Thomas and Alex. Everyone had a good time. And last but not least, an exciting day for all.........THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!!! The neighborhood crew got together for the annual first bus ride. Everyone was in good spirits.
